Responsibilities & Duties
To handle, manage and keep track of CRM staffs accesses, as well as assignment rules.
To ensure smooth functioning and proactively proposing improvements.
To manage and produce accurate sales KPI reports, in cooperation with other departments and as requested by Global Head of Sales, ensuring that presented figures are accurate and data is presented in a clear manner.
To communicate sales department needs and feedback to other relevant teams, in relation to any projects and promotions.
To coordinate all finance, legal and IT needs that is necessary for smooth operation of foreign offices.
To manage seamless daily organization for the efficient functioning of foreign offices.
To deal with all general foreign office correspondence and queries.
To summarize & deliver information in a clear way.
2+ years of work experience in a similar role, specifically in administration
Fluent spoken and written English, additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Business and numerical analysis experience is preferred.
Microsoft office fluent, particularly advanced user of Excel and Power Point.
Ability to multitask on several projects and tasks simultaneously and able to clearly understand and define priorities
Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail

Financial background and forex experience will be considered as an advantage
Comfortable working in a high pressure environment
