Overall description:
Handle client requests, received by the department and to provide timely and quality support to the clients. Answering questions, participating in the discussions on the thematic forums. Conduct the search of the local forums, listings, ratings, blogs, informational magazines, etc. Promoting services of the company to the prospective customers.

Responsibilities:
handle online chats, answering client questions;
register on the Malay forums, supporting the threads about company;
participating in discussions on the forums;
monitoring of possible advertising placements;
assist the content team of the website;
collect customer feedback and market research.
Requirements:
financial market background;
excellent computer skills;
native Malay and fluency in English;
excellent written and oral communication skills;
ability to work alone and hit deadlines and targets;
