Overall description:
Answering questions, participating in the discussions on the thematic forums. Conduct the search of the local forums, listings, ratings, blogs, informational magazines, etc. Promoting services of the company to the prospective customers. Search and support of the affiliates on the local market.
Responsibilities:
register on the Chinese forums, supporting the threads about company;
participating in discussions on the forums;
monitoring of possible advertising placements;
assist the content team of the website;
collect customer feedback and market research;
cold calling of the potential clients to convert them to the active clients;
calling the clients and converting them in making actions;
searching and contacting the prospective partners to convert them to the company IBs;
providing support to the IBs.
Requirements:
financial market background;
excellent computer skills;
native Chinese and fluency in English;
excellent written and oral communication skills;
ability to work alone and hit deadlines and targets;
networking skills.
