Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns to grow userbase profitably
Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance on an ongoing basis
Identify optimization opportunities to help improve performance
Develop, execute and analyse A/B tests on creatives and landing pages
Collaborate with design, product and data analytics teams to develop effective acquisition strategies
Communicate campaign performance and test results to the broader marketing team and executives
Help with development of analytical tools, technologies and processes to drive efficiency across the Marketing team.

3+ years of user acquisition or mobile media buying experience, with a strong track record of measurable results
Experience with Facebook as a top marketing channel
Understanding of advert attribution and tracking
Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
